I am pursuing my passion for writing after a long dental career and years spent raising my girls. I graduated from UCF in May 2020 with a BA in English-Technical Communications.

I love to read! Reading is what made me want to be a writer. While I will read almost anything, my favorite books are historical fiction and period murder mystery. 

​

I dabble in writing poetry and flash-fiction but crazy as it sounds, I am loving Technical Writing just as much. It is creative, but in a different and challenging way.  I enjoy writing manuals and tutorials and am always trying out new software to improve my design skills as well.

​

When I am not working, my husband and I travel as much as we can.  We really enjoy hiking in America's National Parks and try to visit a new park every year. We also love overseas travel and are drawn to places with beautiful architecture and great food (and good beer is always a plus!)
